Yes! Venni works on both Android and iOS. Simply go to venni.app in Chrome (or Safari), click Add to Home Screen, and then Install. You'll get the full app experience directly on your home screen.

We automate the hassle. Set a maximum number of participants and Venni manages the sign-ups for you. When the event is full, new sign-ups join a waitlist. If someone drops out, the next person is automatically promoted and notified. You don't have to do a thing.

Yes. Describe your event in plain language (any language) — by typing or by voice — or upload an invitation, booking confirmation, or screenshot, and the form fills itself. This works right on the home page and on the Create Event page. Review the details and hit create.

Absolutely. Every event has one-click buttons to add it to your Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. The calendar entry links back to the event page, so the latest details are always one tap away.

Tap Bookmark on the event and it'll wait for you under Bookmarked — on your dashboard or in the menu — where you can join it later in one tap. Bookmarking is completely private: the organizer isn't told, and it doesn't hold a spot for you, so join properly once you've decided. Bookmarks disappear once the event has passed.

Yes. You can easily bring Guests when you join an event. It's perfect for bringing friends along without requiring them to sign up immediately.

Share your event's link — that's it. Every event gets a clean link like venni.app/you/friday-futsal that you can drop into WhatsApp, Telegram, email, anywhere. In most chat apps the link unfurls into a preview card showing the event's details. You can customize the link when creating the event.

Yes. Set the event's visibility to Private and it won't appear on the Browse page or in search results. Instead it gets an unguessable invite link — only people you share the link with can see or join the event.

Yes. Your profile has a Photos section where you can add up to three images — this month's schedule, an invitation, a payment QR code, a map of the meeting point, or anything else you want to share. Tap one to view it, then Open full size to zoom in on the details. Only signed-in members can see them, and you can remove an image at any time.

Email us at support@venni.app with a link to the profile or event and a short note about the problem. We don't review photos or event details before they're posted, so reports from members are how we find out. We'll take a look and remove anything that breaks our Terms of Service.

Everyone who joined is notified by email when the organizer updates the details or cancels the event, and waitlist promotions are emailed too. The event page always shows the latest details, so anyone with the link is up to date.

Yes. Your Event History keeps a record of every event you've joined. You can add personal notes to each one — perfect for remembering highlights, people you met, or things to plan differently next time. Organizers can also re-create any past event with one tap using Run it again.
